FAQ

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You must wear clean trainers on the Ninja course and we advise you wear gloves to protect your hands. Ninjas must wear our Total Ninja hygiene socks for the inflatable course use.

We recommend you wear something comfortable and suitable for sports activities – long t-shirts are recommended to protect your arms however you may wear shorts and t-shirts if you prefer. Please ensure you have removed all jewellery and loose objects to prevent loss, damage or injury to yourself or others.

You must wear clean trainers on the Ninja course and we advise you wear gloves to protect your hands. Anyone not dressed appropriately or wearing suitable footwear will be refused access to the course for your own safety, we will be unable to refund your missed session.

DO WE HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE?

We recommend you book online to guarantee your ninja timeslot nd avoid disappointment!

HOW DO WE PAY?

You can pay via credit or debit card when booking online. Please note: we are now a cashless venue and will only be able to accept card & digital payments in venue. 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AGE?

Our current admission policy is age 4+ for all visitors to the venue. There is no maximum age. 

DO I NEED A PARENT WITH ME?

Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian in the venue at all times, children under 6 must be accompanied by a paying adult on the obstacles & air park. 

HOW LONG BEFORE MY SESSIONS SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in, collection of your wristbands and a safety briefing before your session starts. A late arrival may result in missing part of your session or your booking being moved to the next available session where possible. We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival/ failure to complete a waiver or provide a partial/whole refund. Please phone us if you believe you may be late or may miss your session.

DO YOU HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER OR WATCH A BRIEFING?

We require all users to complete a waiver. The waiver is valid for 12 months. No individual may access the courses or obstacles without completing a waiver. We also require everyone to read, watch and understand the Ninja Rules before they enter the venue, and abide by them in the venue. If you would like assistance with this or have any questions please ask a member of our team. Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safety when undertaking activities by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe/ failing to comply by the rules will be removed from the venue.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

We have free parking at the venue. We kindly ask that guests travel in as fewer cars as possible so that all guests have no issues parking.

WHERE DO WE PUT OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS?

We advise you to leave any valuables at home, however, we do have free lockers available on site for your shoes and belongings. Please do not take any valuables onto the course and ensure any items are secured safely to you or are in a zipped pocket. Total Ninja is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal belongings.

DO I NEED TO WEAR GLOVES?

We highly advise you wear gloves, Ninjas with sore hands are half a Ninja. These are available to buy in advance when you book or from reception in a range of sizes. Please note: we do not allow chalk to be used on the course.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD?

We do not permit for any external food or drink to be consumed on site. Food and drink is available in our cafe

IS THERE A SPECTATOR AREA?

Spectators can use the viewing areas which is free of charge. 

Please note: Prams, buggies and car seats cannot be taken onto the course, please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored. No babies or children under the age of 3 can enter the arena during a Total Ninja session even if they are being carried by a spectator, in the interest of their safety.
